How do you place an Order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for goods.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept, all major credit cards, and Paypal . We also accept Sezzle Payments which allows you to pay over 4 easy interest free payments(USA and Canada customers only).
How do I track my item?
After you have made a purchase and the items have been dispatched from the warehouse a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. If you have not received a tracking number after 72 hours of purchase please contact us.
Why have My Items not arrived together or have separate tracking numbers?
If you have ordered multiple items in one order sometimes our suppliers will store items in different locations around the world usually in China. This will mean some items might arrive separately because they are shipped out from different locations and you will get more than one tracking number. You do not get charged extra shipping fees if this happens. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
Can I return an item and get a refund?
To be eligible for a return, you must first email us and notify of your request for a return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying for the return unless the item is faulty. Please see our full refund policy for details.
How much is Shipping?
CuteliStore, provide FREE shipping on all orders to Australia, USA , New zealand and the United Kingdom with no minimum to spend!. Orders shipping to the rest of the world are charged a flat rate shipping of $15
Please note that our suppliers require 1 to 5 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Please refer to the estimated delivery times on product pages or shipping policy for a guideline on when you can expect your order after dispatch. Do you ship to my country?
Our suppliers ship to most countries around the world. However some of our suppliers won't ship to certain countries. Cutelistore no longer shipping to some areas in south Asia including India, we no longer ship to Africa, or south America locations. Some other countries we occasionally cant ship too, however you will be advised if this happens.
My Item was damaged when I received it
We are sorry this has happened. occasionally items will be damaged in shipping, this is out of our control. If the item you have purchased is broken on arrival please email us photos of the packaging and item along with the order number to discuss options of either a refund or replacement. email@example.com
items damaged 7 days after arrival will not be accepted.
My Item has not arrived in postage.
On the odd occasion the item you ordered has not arrived after it has been shipped please contact us immediately to discuss options of either a refund or replacement. firstname.lastname@example.org . Items will generally arrive between 3 to 8 weeks from receiving tracking number.
Cancelling an order:
Any order can only be cancelled within 24hours of the order being placed. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately using our Contact form before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery.
